The olive oil produced from the “Coratina” Italian cultivar, also known as “Racioppo Corato”, is among the most appreciated olive varieties, thank to its quality, organoleptic and nutritional properties. It can be easily adapted to a variety of olive growing environments and it is harvested very early. Among all Italian olive varieties, it has the highest amount of polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants that prevent cardiovascular diseases and delay cellular aging. Because of its particularly intense and fragrant flavour it perfectly matches “country cuisine”.

Harvested by hand.

Extractions System

Milled within 24 hours from harvest, continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.
