Features

Koroneiki is a Greek cultivar featured by a very high productivity. It is widespread especially in the island of Crete. The extra virgin olive oil produced from it is excellent in quality, fruity, with almond aftertaste and strong aromatic notes. The variety “Koroneiki” is well appreciated for its anti oxidant properties and organoleptic characteristics. Greece allocates about 60% of its land to the cultivation of olive groves. It is the third largest world producer of olives and significantly bases its economy on the oil trade.

Harvested by hand.

Extractions System

Milled within 24 hours from harvest, continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.

Fruity with almond aftertaste and hints of thistle and chicory.

Golden yellow color with green hues.
