From “Biancolilla” olives, cultivated at over 700 mt. on high hill. The “Biancolilla” at this elevation expresses the maximum content in aromatic substances and polyphenols. The result is a very harmonious oil, with a balanced fruity almond taste, to be used on all veggie dishes or fresh cheeses. For its herbaceous flavour together with an unexpected sweetness, it is perfect both on raw and cooked fish courses.

Estrazione a ciclo continuo a freddo (entro 12 ore dalla raccolta) separazione per centrifuga, decantazione naturale e travasi.

Mild and sweet with green almond notes.

Taste

Harmonic fruity flavour, well rounded taste with light peppery notes.

Appearance

A slightly dense oil, golden yellow in colour and with a clear herbaceous scent.
