Features

The selection of Sicilian and Apulian oils creates a product with an intense fruity flavor with an aftertaste of sweet almond. The oil, must, unfiltered, just as it comes out of the mill, is bottled after natural decanting.

Method of Harvest

Harvested by hand.

Extractions System

Milled within 24 hours from harvest; continuous extraction and separation by centrifuge; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.

Filtering Method

Unfiltered.

Aroma

Light and persistent of freshness.

Taste

Medium fruity taste with an almond finish.

Appearance

A fairly dense oil, golden yellow in colour.

Use

In mixed salads and vegetable soups, it is an optimal "universal".
