High level and uncontaminated lands embrace wonderful olive groves, whose fruits give an excellent oil. The olives are crushed with ancient granite grinders and extracted with centrifuge. This Oil is reliable to tradition and love for the Sicilian organic agriculture that is guarantee of authenticity and excellence.

Method of Harvest

Harvested by hand.

Milled within 24 hours from the harvest, continuous extraction; the oil is allowed to settle and then decanted naturally.
