The Tempio dell’Ulivo extra virgin olive oil captures the full personality of the “Nocellara del Belice,” the queen of Sicilian cultivars. This prized oil is produced in the Belice Valley, in western Sicily, within an area spanning the provinces of Palermo, Trapani, and Agrigento. Its color is green with golden-yellow highlights, and it has the aroma of freshly pressed olives with fresh grassy notes. The taste is pleasantly fruity and slightly peppery, with an aftertaste of almond, artichoke, and green tomato.
