From the finest olive groves of the “Valli Trapanesi,” this high-quality oil is obtained by gentle pressing of olives from the “Biancolilla,” “Cerasuola,” and “Nocellara del Belice” varieties. The result of this meticulous selection is an oil with a slightly hazy appearance, a finely aromatic aroma, and a medium fruity taste with an aftertaste of tomato and green apple.
