This single-cultivar “Cerasuola,” made from organically grown olives in the D.O.P. Valli Trapanesi production area—one of Sicily’s most prestigious D.O.P.s—offers an extra virgin olive oil with intense fruitiness, the characteristic aroma of fresh fruit, and a pleasant almond aftertaste. It is especially suited for legume soups, red meats, and all dishes featuring bitter vegetables.
