From the finest olive groves of the “Valli Trapanesi,” this high-quality oil is obtained by gentle pressing of the three typical Sicilian cultivars: “Cerasuola,” “Biancolilla,” and “Nocellara del Belice.” The result of this meticulous selection is an oil with a green color highlighted by golden-yellow reflections, a clean olive aroma with herbal and aromatic tones, and a medium fruitiness with pronounced spicy and bitter notes. Ideal for fresh cheeses, bruschetta, and salads.
