Dedicated to three generations of the Barbera family, this is the crowning jewel of the extra-virgin olive oils produced by Manfredi Barbera e Figli S.p.A.
CARLO
Together with the Lorenzo line, this olive oil represents our oil mills’ finest achievement. With Protected Geographical Indication status, it comes from the Nocellara del Belice variety and originates in the farmlands of Castelvetrano, Partanna and Campobello di Mazara.

Thanks to the great care taken in selecting the areas where the olives come from and the utmost attention paid to processing, it has been possible to create unique olive oils with protected designation of origin or organically farmed status.
