The traditional terraced fields and lava stone dry walls unmistakably shape the stunning landscape of the D.O.P. Monte Etna. The windy climate and volcanic soil create a unique environment that gives Etna oil its unparalleled characteristics. Made from Nocellara Etnea, Tonda Iblea, and Moresca olives, this oil has a strong personality, with a golden-yellow color highlighted by green reflections and a fruity taste with subtle bitter and spicy notes.
