Crushing<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The olives are crushed at the Orobelice S.r.l. and Manfredi Barbera &amp; Figli S.p.A. mills in the province of Trapani.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Manfredi Barbera mill uses an experimental plant with four different systems for milling olives.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.
