Dedicated to Carlo Barbera, fifth generation of the family and future master olive oil producer. This extra virgin olive oil, produced in the company’s experimental mill, is appreciated by top internationally renowned chefs. Cerasuola olives, cultivated according to organic farming methods, bear the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) “Valli Trapanesi”. To produce this oil, the olives are carefully pitted without damaging the pulp. The result is an oil with a delicate aroma and a pleasant, elegant taste.
