This single-cultivar oil, produced from green “Nocellara” olives grown in high hills and carefully pitted, offers a delicate aroma and a soft, gentle flavor with a unique richness. Extracted solely from the olive flesh, it is free from tannins (found in the pit) and bitterness (from the small almond inside the pit). Its natural sweetness and enticing aroma make this oil the perfect companion for the finest pastry creations! It is also ideal for fish-based dishes.
