Dedicated to Carlo Barbera, fifth generation of the family, this oil, together with the Lorenzo line, represents the flagship of the production. It is an oil born in the lands of Castelvetrano, Partanna, and Campobello di Mazara, where Nocellara del Belice olives are cultivated following organic farming principles. The olives are hand-picked between the last two weeks of October and the first two weeks of November and milled at the experimental mill of Premiati Oleifici Barbera through a pitting process. From the pulp of these olives alone, a Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) is obtained—precious, unique, and unforgettable.
