Organic - P.D.O. Val di Mazara

Produced from “Biancolilla” olives grown organically at over 700 meters in high hill areas, this cultivar expresses its maximum aromatic compounds and polyphenol content at these altitudes. The result is a harmonious oil with a balanced almond-like fruitiness, ideal with all vegetables or fresh cheeses. Thanks to its herbal aroma combined with an unexpected sweetness, it pairs perfectly with both raw and cooked fish dishes.
