Here, the finest Sicilian olive varieties are grown. From the famous Tonda Iblea, a high-quality extra virgin olive oil is produced, with a green color and a fresh aroma featuring prominent notes of tomato and freshly cut grass. It is a medium fruity oil with persistent herbal notes and a peppery aftertaste, creating perfect balance on the palate. Recommended for boiled and grilled vegetables, legumes, and roasted meats.
