BRC

The global BRC food safety standard is developed by food industry experts from retailers, manufacturers, and catering service organizations to ensure that it is rigorous and detailed, yet at the same time easy to understand.

CARBON FOOT PRINT

The carbon footprint (literally, “carbon footprint”) is a metric used to estimate the greenhouse gas emissions caused by a product, a service, an organization, an event, or an individual, generally expressed in tons of CO2 equivalent.

HALAL

La Certificazione Halal si ottiene a seguito di un percorso di verifica del rispetto di requisiti richiesti dalla cultura islamica nella produzione di prodotti (alimenti, cosmetici, abbigliamento, etc.) e nell’erogazione di servizi (finanziari, turistici, etc.).

ICEA ORGANIC CONFORMITY

INTERNATIONAL FOOD STANDARD

The IFS (International Food Standard) aims to support the effective selection of private-label food suppliers for the large-scale retail sector, based on their ability to provide products that are safe and compliant with both contractual specifications and legal requirements.

ISO 14001

The acronym ISO 14001 identifies an environmental management standard (EMS) that sets the requirements for an “environmental management system” of any organization and is part of the ISO 14000 series developed by ISO/TC 207.

ISO 9001

The ISO 9001 standard defines the requirements of a quality management system for an organization. The requirements specified are general in nature and can be implemented by any type of organization.

KOSHER CERTIFICATE

Kosher refers to the set of religious rules governing the diet of observant Jews.

SA:8000

SA 8000 is a certification standard that encourages organizations to develop, maintain, and implement socially acceptable practices in the workplace.

FSSC 22000

FSSC 22000 is a food safety certification scheme based on the internationally recognized ISO 22000 standard and integrated with the relevant technical specifications, such as ISO/TS 22002-1 for food manufacturing.
